Clivier is currently in its validation and pre-launch phase. The interactive demo provided via email represents a prototype demonstration of the intended workflow. We make no warranty that features demonstrated will remain unchanged upon commercial release.
The Founder Offer ($19/month for English tier, €19/month for European tier) guarantees a lifetime locked subscription rate for up to 30 qualifying founding professionals. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. In accordance with our founder commitment, if the commercial version of Clivier is not launched by the committed launch date, founder reservations are 100% fully refundable upon request.
All intellectual property rights in Clivier, including but not limited to branding, interface designs, trade secrets, software, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Clivier Technologies. Client deliverables uploaded within future workspace portals remain the property of the respective freelancer and their clients.
The website and prototype materials are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Clivier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the validation website.
